Table Viewer
The Table Viewer app is a read/write tool for administrators to view and maintain data which may not have supporting applications. Use this app to add or maintain those values or review content in other tables.
Events which are registered against a table will still enforce related Workflows when data is edited in the Table Viewer, however Workflows which are attached to a form submit would not, so keep data integrity in-mind when editing data using the Table Viewer.
Searching Data
Use the Choose table
dropdown on the top of the application to select or search for a table. Use the Search user data
box to search on rows within the table.
Tap a row to edit the record. A system generated form will appear allowing edits to the record.
Press the Add
button to add a new row to the table.
Use the inline X
handler to archive rows.
Archived rows are merely marked as archived. They can be recovered using the Archive app under the System Menu.
